Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
Personal 1on1 Training
We will accommidate all your personal training needs. if you want to run 3 miles we will run with you, if you want to go bike riding we will ride with you, if you want to train out doors or in our new fitness studio we can do that to. We will push you to your limit so you can meet all your goals. Take a minute and look at our killer ab video that was done by my client Fawn from the Testimonials page that you can do at home and will burn that stomach fat and help you on your way to achieve that flat stomach we all desire.
Girlfriend Special or Group Training
You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you togetheror in a group setting. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.
